The worst droughts in over 60 years in East Africa have pushed parts of Kenya, Ethiopia and Somaliland to near the point of collapse, threatening the lives and livelihoods of more than 10 million people.

To recognise Earth Day, a march was organised by Campaign Against Climate Change. Around 150 people took their concerns climate change on to the streets of Cardiff, marching past shoppers on Cardiff's busy Queen Street.
