Environment and Climate Change Hustings: Cardiff Candidates Senedd 2021

Friends of the Earth Cardiff have teamed up with Greenpeace Cardiff and UK Student Climate Network to ask candidates standing at the Senedd Elections across Cardiff’s four constituencies to set out their vision for climate action and a green and fair recovery.

We will be challenging one representative candidate from each party to explain how they and their party will prioritise tackling the climate and ecological emergency both in Cardiff and across Wales if elected.

The event is free to join and participate in via Zoom and it will also be live streamed on Facebook. The hustings seeks to reach as diverse an audience as possible across age groups and backgrounds, so please share the event across your networks and help us engage with voters who may not typically have the chance to engage in environmental issues.

As well as set questions for the panellists we will be opening up the second half of the hustings to questions from the audience sent in via the Zoom chat or the live stream.
