Cardiff Friends of the Earth's Please signpetition against the outline planning for a wood-burning biomass incinerator to be built on Rover Way, Cardiff.
The plans to build the biomass incinerator will put and which Cardiff Council and Welsh Government have announced and are resolved to fight against.the health of local residents at riskfails to tackle the climate and ecological emergency
